Patient Care Coordinator

Greet patients, communicate with them to provide a supportive experience, and manage daily clinic flow by scheduling appointments. Answer incoming phone calls from patients and physician offices, then collect insurance co-pays and private payments. Enter and maintain accurate patient information in systems while verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization requirements. Assist with patient flow by preparing treatment areas, coordinating room availability, and collaborating with therapists to ensure excellent care. Represent Optimum Therapies in the community through occasional outreach events, health fairs, and marketing initiatives. This full-time role includes approximately 32 hours per week Monday through Friday, with clinic hours ranging from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
