Patient Care Coordinator & Medical Assistant

Phase 1 PCC responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact to guide patients through their aesthetic and wellness journey, delivering exceptional patient experiences, educating on treatment options, memberships, financing, and retail products, and supporting practice growth through inquiries and consultations. Phase 2 Medical Assistant responsibilities expand to direct clinical support, preparing treatment rooms, assisting providers, maintaining documentation, administering IM/SQ injections, and supporting patient care through education, follow-up, and HIPAA-compliant practices.
