Job Summary
Phase 1 PCC responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact to guide patients through their aesthetic and wellness journey, delivering exceptional patient experiences, educating on treatment options, memberships, financing, and retail products, and supporting practice growth through inquiries and consultations. Phase 2 Medical Assistant responsibilities expand to direct clinical support, preparing treatment rooms, assisting providers, maintaining documentation, administering IM/SQ injections, and supporting patient care through education, follow-up, and HIPAA-compliant practices. The role emphasizes both administrative and clinical duties, strong communication and relationship-building, CRM usage and lead management, adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a collaborative, patient-focused approach in a fast-paced medical spa environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, or healthcare preferred (strongly preferred)
- Experience discussing treatment plans, memberships, financing options, and retail products is strongly preferred
