Job Summary
Deliver concierge-level service to patrons by answering questions, directing concerns, and leading sales floor tours with product recommendations. Adhere to company policy and industry regulations while operating the POS system, managing cash drawers, and encouraging member sign-ups through knowledge of benefits and promotions. Maintain store cleanliness by stocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing, and abide by product handling and safety procedures. Work as part of a team to ensure sales and compliance goals are met by designated timelines. Occasional local travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service in retail
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills
- Occasionally requires local travel, as needed
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
- Frequently standing/walking
- Occasionally, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Bilingual in Spanish
