Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing fertility treatment, coordinating care across clinical, financial, and administrative aspects. Facilitate communication with physicians, nursing staff, and financial teams while educating patients on treatment processes, testing timelines, and milestones. Manage physician schedules, prepare and review patient charts in the EMR, and track pre-cycle testing and consents. Coordinate financial clearance and ensure adherence to clinic policies and HIPAA compliance. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the patient's journey. Full-time role at the Del Mar location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1–2 years of experience in fertility or women's health
- Experience working with EMRs
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- High emotional intelligence
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Fertility, OB/GYN, or specialty healthcare experience
