Job Summary
Coordinate care across clinical, financial, and administrative aspects for patients undergoing fertility treatment at the Del Mar location. Serve as the primary liaison between patients, physicians, nursing staff, embryology, and financial teams to facilitate clear communication regarding next steps and expectations. Manage physician schedules, assist with appointment sequencing, and prepare patient charts in the EMR to ensure labs, imaging, and consents are complete prior to cycles. Track required pre-cycle testing, order medications per physician protocols, and confirm financial clearance with the team. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring adherence to clinic policies and HIPAA compliance throughout the patient journey.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1–2 years of experience in fertility or women's health
- Experience working with EMRs
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environment
