Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator for Inland Shoulder Clinic at Northwest Specialty Hospital in Spokane, WA. Responsible for a variety of medical clerical duties including registration and pre-registration, ensuring documentation for billing/collections, processing co-pays and payments, updating medical records, handling inbound calls, performing nightly closing procedures, and coordinating patient flow through procedures. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to type at least 40 wpm, strong communication and customer service skills, and prior clerical or medical office experience preferred. On-site role with full-time schedule and hourly pay.
