Job Summary
Greet patients warmly at check-in, answer phones, and schedule appointments while explaining our cash-pay model and pricing to new visitors. Build genuine relationships with regular patients, process payments, and maintain accurate records in our EMR and Google Suite. Juggle in-person patients, back-office tasks, and phone calls without dropping the ball, then open or close the clinic depending on the day's schedule. Keep the front and lobby clean, organized, and inviting. Train at our Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale clinics before helping launch the Biltmore location in fall 2026.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine people person who is warm, friendly, and easy to talk to
- Someone with real life and work experience who can walk into a brand new location and represent our brand with confidence
- Comfortable with sales conversations and able to communicate the value of care, not just the price
- Detail-oriented and organized so nothing falls through the cracks
- A natural multitasker who knows how to prioritize when things get busy
- Strong, clear communicator in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with more independence, since this role grows into running a front office with less day-to-day oversight
- Flexible with hours and open to either opening or closing shifts (not just mornings or just afternoons)
- Stable work history and someone who tends to stay and grow with a team
- Customer service experience
- Medical or doctor's office experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales, cash-pay, or concierge healthcare experience
- Customer service experience preferred
