Job Summary

Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience and assist with patient outreach and scheduling. Handle a variety of front desk administrative duties while partnering with team members and doctors to deliver best-in-class customer service. Cross-train periodically as an Eyewear Consultant or Ophthalmic Technician as needed. Maintain excellent time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Practice Manager within the Business Office department.
