Job Summary
Assist the Hearing Care Professional with general office and administrative duties, including maximizing test opportunities through the scheduling system and actively calling current, past, and potential patients. Track appointment results, process and document clinic forms for HIPAA and state law compliance, and verify patient eligibility while submitting and managing insurance claims. Manage cash balance, account receivables, and payables, and handle professional answering of incoming phone calls and follow-up activities. Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment. Requires a high school diploma, two years of office experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Compensation is $19/hour with two weeks of PTO.
