Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator role at Beltone involves serving as the face of the practice with a focus on creating an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include administrative support, scheduling mastery to maximize testing opportunities, patient outreach and reporting, local marketing and community engagement to generate referrals, professional communication with patients, HIPAA compliance documentation, financial management including cash reconciliation and AR/AP handling, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and ensuring HIPAA/state-law compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of office experience (preferred), with proficiency in MS Office. Work rotates between Albany, Cordele, and Americus (GA) with a four-day workweek (M-Th, 28 hours).
