Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator at CSI Pharmacy provides top-tier customer service to patients with chronic/rare illnesses, coordinates patient care, schedules orders, communicates shipment information, and resolves inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities include processing orders received by fax/mail/phone/email, handling inbound/outbound calls to patients and MD offices regarding medications and pharmacy services, verifying patient and payment information, notifying pharmacists of changes, and assisting with documentation and special handling duties (e.g., drug shipment notices, Adverse Drug Event reports). Requires professionalism, strong communication, multitasking, and ability to work on-site in West Chester, OH. Qualifications: CPhT or 2 years of medical/pharmacy experience, plus at least 1 year in a call center or equivalent customer-service role. Salary $22-$26/hr DOE, 40 hours/week, on-site schedule.
