Job Summary
Front Desk Associate at Beltone New England in Groton, CT, blending front-desk coordination with sales support. Responsibilities include serving as the welcoming first point of contact for patients (in person and by phone), managing a moderate-to-high volume of inbound/outbound calls to schedule and follow up on appointments, coordinating the sales pipeline by following up on inquiries and reactivating past patients, handling check-in/check-out, insurance verification, payments, and recordkeeping, partnering with hearing care providers to deliver a high-quality patient experience, light cleaning, filing, and inventory management.
