Job Summary
Greet patients and the public upon entering the facility while coordinating therapy treatments with medical professionals. Prepare and maintain patient billing and medical records, managing insurance benefits, authorizations, and payment information. Communicate coverage details, limits, deductibles, and co-pays to patients once benefit information is obtained. Perform general filing, mailing, communication tasks, and cleaning and upkeep of office, clinic, and reception areas. Travel to four offices to fill in for scheduled and unscheduled days off. Manage the patient experience by gathering accurate insurance information and navigating visit schedules to provide the optimal healing environment.

- Performs general cleaning and upkeep of office, clinic and reception areas
- Manages the patient experience through their effective communication, gathering accurate insurance information, and navigating the patient's therapy visit schedule, to provide the optimal healing environment
