Job Summary
Front-office leader for a Patient Care Coordinator in Germantown, responsible for owning the front desk experience from the first phone call through final treatment plan presentation. Coordinates patient flow, maintains front-office operations, and leverages Dentrix and Dental Intel to support an efficient, patient-focused practice. Part of a six-location network with opportunities for advancement into Office Management or Regional Leadership. Requires 1 year of dental office experience (2+ years in a professional business office environment preferred) and comfort with technology; Dentrix experience is highly preferred.
