Job Summary
Coordinate and manage Patient Support Programs in Egypt by enrolling eligible patients, educating patients, maintaining accurate patient files, and supporting visits to healthcare providers and pharmacies. Ensure timely delivery of medications, prepare and submit program performance reports, maintain electronic records in the Patient Management System, and ensure compliance with Axios SOPPs and applicable laws. Travel to client sites as needed; collaborate with line manager and program team; promote quality assurance and continuous improvement across Axios programs.
