Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors warmly, schedule new referrals from faxes and physician offices, and verify patient insurance coverage. Collect payments due at the time of service, convert referrals into evaluations, and manage patient visit schedules efficiently. Maintain an orderly front office workspace, manage document routing, and handle deposits while monitoring clinic inventory. Complete quarterly compliance training and attend business process updates with Territory Field Trainers. Work full-time Monday through Friday with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
