Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors and schedule new referrals via fax or telephone. Convert referrals into evaluations, verify insurance coverage, and collect patient payments. Maintain an orderly front office workspace, manage clinic schedules, and handle document routing and deposits. Monitor clinic inventory, manage personal overtime, and ensure efficient execution of practice management and patient intake processes. Complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance courses. Work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability for special events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask
