Job Summary
Welcome all patients and maintain high-level customer service while managing 50-75 daily inbound and outbound phone calls. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, process PPI intakes, and collect and verify medical insurance information. Order office supplies, manage hearing aid inventory, process payments, and maintain office cleanliness while upholding HIPAA standards. Support the clinic in achieving revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating patient interactions. This role offers a comprehensive onboarding program and access to the Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice Program for those interested in clinical advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
