Job Summary
Welcome patients and maintain high-level customer service while handling 50-75 inbound and outbound calls daily. Schedule and confirm appointments, process PPI intakes, and collect/verify medical insurance information. Manage office operations by ordering supplies, processing payments, and maintaining hearing aid inventory. Uphold HIPAA standards and ensure clinic cleanliness to support revenue goals and positive patient experiences. Full-time, in-person role in Santa Rosa, FL with $18-$22/hr plus commission.
Required Qualifications
