Job Summary
Coordinate expenses, clinical care, and administrative needs by serving as a liaison between clinical staff and patients. Assist the RN with new patient appointments, initiate chart audits, and track patient workups to ensure preconceptual labs and testing are complete. Monitor IVF treatment processes, release medical records, and verify that all consent forms and treatment plans are finalized. Educate new patients prior to discharge and coordinate with the nursing team to ensure timely lab results and patient flow. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Eligibility and authorization to work in the United States
- Pass successful completion of the CCRM Fertility onboarding process
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent
- Experience in reproductive medicine
- Experience in Women's health
