Job Summary
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Telephonic Case Management nurses, assist with clinic communications via telephone, prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence to clients, providers, and other stakeholders, support coordination of care by ensuring timely documentation and communication, maintain organized client files and ensure contacts/records are up to date, assist in preparation/distribution of reports, communicate with providers and vendors to gather information, provide basic troubleshooting for technical issues, ensure HIPAA/confidentiality compliance and organizational policies, perform additional duties as assigned, leveraging strong multitasking, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Clinical background preferred
