Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator is an entry-level office role managing front-desk operations, greeting patients, scheduling referrals and patient visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining an organized front office, creating a welcoming clinic atmosphere, and supporting clinic workflow under the supervision of the Clinic Director. The role requires strong customer service, multitasking across multiple computer programs, and collaboration with the team to drive efficient clinic procedures and patient intake processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
- As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills
