Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator at Benchmark Physical Therapy/Upstream Rehabilitation supports clinic operations and patient intake processes. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals and visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining an organized front desk, handling non-clinical documentation, managing deposits and caseloads, and contributing to a positive patient experience. The role requires strong customer service, multitasking across computer programs, collaboration with the Clinic Director, and adherence to training and compliance requirements. This is a full-time, office-based position with standard business hours Monday–Friday and potential evenings/weekends for events. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and good communication and organizational skills.
