Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors, schedule new referrals, and verify insurance coverage while collecting patient payments. Convert referrals into evaluations, manage patient schedules, and oversee document routing to support efficient clinic procedures. Maintain an organized front office workspace, monitor inventory, and handle deposits as part of practice management. Complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance updates. This role supports clinic growth through execution of patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
