Job Summary
Greet every clinic visitor with a friendly welcome, then schedule new referrals from patients and physicians while verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments. Convert incoming referrals into evaluations, manage patient visit schedules, and maintain an orderly front office workspace. Collect all money due at the time of service, manage document routing, and handle deposits. Monitor clinic inventory, manage personal overtime, and ensure efficient time management across the caseload. Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers and complete quarterly compliance training. This role supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes, working in collaboration with the Clinic Director to carry out efficient clinic procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask

- Ability to carry, push, and pull 0-20 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally walk, stand, push or pull 0-20 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally rarely crawl, crouch, kneel, stoop, climb stairs or ladders
- Ability to occasionally reach above shoulder height
- Ability to occasionally lift under 10 lbs. from waist to shoulder
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
