Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary
Greet patients and staff with a welcoming demeanor, then schedule new referrals received via fax or telephone while verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments. Convert referrals into evaluations, manage the clinic schedule efficiently, and handle document routing, deposits, and non-clinical documentation. Monitor clinic inventory, manage your caseload, and ensure all progress notes and insurance reports are current. Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers and complete quarterly compliance updates. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with a minimum 40-hour week, including occasional evening or weekend events. You will support clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
