Job Summary
Greet every clinic visitor and schedule new referrals from patients and physicians. Convert referrals into evaluations, verify insurance coverage, and collect patient payments. Manage the front office workspace, schedule efficiently, and handle document routing and deposits. Monitor clinic inventory, manage personal overtime, and oversee non-clinical documentation and reporting. Complete quarterly compliance training and attend business process updates with Territory Field Trainers. Work full-time Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask
- Organizational detail

- Work with little to no supervision

- Ability to interchange with standing as needed
- Ability to hear and speak to accurately exchange information
