Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) in a hearing healthcare office in York, PA. Serves as the first point of contact, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, supporting the provider to ensure an excellent patient experience, and contributing to organized daily operations.
