Job Summary
Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression; answer phones and schedule appointments; confirm upcoming appointments and manage the schedule; support patient flow throughout the day; assist with patient follow-up and communication; help maintain office organization and daily operations; support the provider in delivering an excellent patient experience. This is a full-time role based in Lancaster, PA, serving as the first point of contact for patients in a hearing healthcare office, with emphasis on customer service, scheduling, administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and multitasking
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
