Job Summary
Perform a range of office tasks efficiently while supporting the Hearing Care Professional as their primary patient liaison. Optimize scheduling to maximize test opportunities and track patient engagement, then handle incoming calls and follow up professionally. Assist with local marketing efforts to cultivate new community relationships and referrals. Process clinic forms accurately to ensure HIPAA and state law compliance, including verifying patient eligibility. Manage payments, reconcile cash balances, and oversee inventory while maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. Requires a high school diploma, two years' experience in administration or customer service, and MS Office proficiency. Hourly wage range: $15-16/hr.
