Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator role at Capital Oral Surgery (Washington, DC) focused on delivering high-quality patient and referring-office support. Responsibilities include assisting patients through all phases of care, acting as primary contact for referring doctors, answering questions about treatment, following up on missed or unscheduled treatment, collecting payment deposits prior to surgery, handling inbound calls when needed, scheduling surgical appointments, maintaining patient charts and insurance verification, entering consultation charges, and providing backup support to reception and finance teams. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, HS diploma, DSN software knowledge, MS Office proficiency, understanding of dental/medical insurance, excellent customer service and communication skills, professional presentation, and ability to perform basic math and accounting tasks. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge on DSN software is a must
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
