Job Summary
Coordinate patient scheduling and support physical therapists and clinic assistants at a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery. Ensure smooth patient experiences while managing electronic health records, medical billing, and HIPAA compliance. Communicate warmly with patients via phone and in person, utilizing strong computer skills to type 40 words per minute and perform quick calculations.
