Job Summary
Receptionist/front desk role in a healthcare setting focused on patient communication and scheduling. Manage 70+ inbound calls daily, schedule patient appointments, take messages and route to appropriate staff, assist with patient check-in, handle faxes, and maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA. Requires strong communication, multitasking in a high-volume environment, attention to detail, teamwork, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Located in Orlando, FL; typical hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday; contract-to-hire with a healthcare team of 5 staff members.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
