The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) represents Advanced MedAesthetic Partners’ clinics, delivering a positive first and last impression with patients while conducting informative consultations. The PCC educates patients on products, procedures, and services, leveraging consultative selling to promote treatments and drive business growth in collaboration with physicians. Responsibilities include building professional relationships with patients and staff, developing and executing plans to achieve practice goals, maintaining confidentiality, and aligning with the practice’s vision. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, experience with medical aesthetics, and the ability to balance clerical and clinical duties. Evening or weekend shifts and occasional travel for training or professional development may be required, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical environment and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
