Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to patrons in a cannabis dispensary, delivering concierge-level assistance and guiding shopping experiences. Lead tours of the sales floor, make product recommendations based on product knowledge, and retain thorough understanding of patient/member benefits, discounts, and promotions to encourage memberships. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensure proper product handling, and uphold store cleanliness and organization. Operate the POS system and cash drawer, work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and guest-satisfaction goals, and perform all other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or GED; 2+ years retail customer service experience; bilingual in Spanish preferred; occasional local travel; physical duties include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and general warehouse/store tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
