Job Summary
The Patient Care Consultant at Jushi Holdings Inc. is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, conducting daily operations within the retail location, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Key responsibilities include leading sales floor tours, making product recommendations, maintaining store cleanliness, operating the cash register, and working collaboratively to achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals. Ideal candidates should possess a High School diploma, have at least two years of customer service experience in retail, and demonstrate excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Additional Requirements
- Occasionally requires local travel, as needed
