Job Summary
Supervise the assigned Customer Service team to ensure high efficiency, customer/patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Conduct audits to ensure quality and consistency with Service Center policies and procedures. Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions for customers; develop product/service knowledge to address inquiries and educate on offerings. Escalate complex issues to higher authority, coordinate with other departments, maintain a positive customer-focused attitude, and gather feedback to contribute to process improvement and product development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 0-2 years experience in Customer Service Management
