Job Summary
Provide compassionate overnight care for a visually impaired patient, including companionship, assistance with daily living activities (getting in and out of bed, restroom support, meal assistance), medication reminders, safety monitoring, and clear communication with hospital staff to ensure the patient care plan is followed. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality, stay reliable and punctual for the 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM shift, and adapt care to the patient’s needs while supporting overall well-being and comfort during the night.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care or similar roles is preferred.
