Patient Care Associate

Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone, answer or refer questions, and optimize provider schedules to ensure efficient check-ins and check-outs. Notify providers of arrivals, retrieve and update patient records, and verify financial records while collecting charges and expediting third-party claims. Maintain office inventory by anticipating supply needs and expediting orders. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
