Patient Care Associate

Patient Care Associate in the PreOperative Area and Post Anesthesia Care Unit supports RNs with patient care duties, admissions, and discharges in a pediatric-focused, bench-to-bedside research environment. Responsibilities include assisting with vital signs (TPR, BP), bed baths and activities of daily living (ADL), administrative tasks, and collaboration with the care team. Requires completion of a Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant program or foundations of nursing; part-time schedule is 30 hours/week (6am–1:30pm, 4 days/week). Pediatric experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $28.50 per hour, with equal opportunity employment.
