Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating), monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), document in the medical record, help with hygiene and mobility, support turning/repositioning and transfers between bed and wheelchair, and communicate health concerns to nurses; collaborate with nursing staff to provide empathetic, patient-centered care and ensure timely care within established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- NCCT Nursing Assistant certification required
- 1-2 years patient care or medical assisting experience in hospital or healthcare setting
