Patient Care Associate III

Patient Care Associate III at Mass General Brigham site in Salem, MA. Under the direction of a registered/licensed nurse (RN), participates as part of the interdisciplinary health care team to perform patient care-related duties, including vital signs, EKGs, feeding, bathing, ambulation assistance, specimen collection, and setup/cleaning of equipment. Maintains stocked patient rooms, documents patient information (height, weight, fluids/food intake, outputs, blood glucose), communicates effectively with nursing staff, and assists with exams and treatments as required. The role supports safe, compassionate patient care and may involve lifting/transporting patients and other tasks to adapt to patient volumes. Requires ability to multitask, understand medical terminology, and strong interpersonal/organizational skills; 36 hours weekly onsite with pay range around $25.28/hour equivalent to an annualized minimum/maximum of $52,582.4.
