Patient Care Associate I

Patient Care Associate I responsible for direct patient care under supervision, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, catheter care, ambulation, turning and patient safety. May perform technical tasks such as 12-lead EKG setup, respiratory equipment setup, glucometer monitoring, bladder catheterization and order transcription when indicated. Requires excellent bedside manner, customer service and computer skills; preferred CNA/Nursing Assistant background and BCLS certification. Shift pattern includes a 12-hour and an 8-hour rotation per week, with weekends and holidays required; part-time role with sign-on/retention bonus totaling $1,500.
