Job Summary
Patient Care Associate (Float) at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York (PPGNY) is a full-time role based in Schenectady, NY with travel to Queensbury and Saratoga. Responsibilities include patient intake and front desk support, reviewing and documenting patient history in the EHR, promoting center operations and patient service, ensuring interpreter services when needed, providing health education on sexual and reproductive health, supporting abortion services and related procedures, performing laboratory tasks and PPE/infection-control duties, and assisting in various clinic functions. Requires a High school diploma/GED, experience with electronic health records, strong customer service and teamwork skills, flexible schedule (including evenings or Saturdays), and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
