Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating; take and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration); complete medical record documentation; interact effectively with patients and families; help with basic hygiene tasks and mobility (turning, repositioning, moving between bed and wheelchair); support reporting health concerns to nurses; lift up to 35 pounds; proficient use of electronic medical records.
Required Qualifications
