Patient Care Assistant – Surgical Services Benefit Eligible – PCA

Assist patient care unit staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Carry out designated activities within functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel, aligning closely with Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician roles. Work at either the Saint Marys Hospital or Rochester Methodist Hospital Campus on schedules discussed during the interview process. This role supports nursing practice for individuals with CNA experience seeking a transition to Patient Care Assistant duties.
