Job Summary
Observe and communicate patients' needs, changes, and conditions to the RN. Reinforce patient teaching as needed. Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. Maintain CPR certification and STNA certification. Previous hospice experience is preferred. High school diploma required.

- CPR Certification
- STNA Certification (State Tested Nursing Assistant)
