Patient Care Assistant Orthopedics

Assist patients with basic daily life activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding while supporting nursing staff with vital sign monitoring and room preparation. Monitor and record vital signs, accurately measure and report intake and output, obtain daily weights, and perform blood glucose testing using a meter. Maintain patient safety and comfort through diligent task completion and observation of clinical conditions. Requires High School Diploma, GED, or SRNA certification; Basic Life Support (CPR) required upon hire. Located at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
