Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed nursing personnel. Perform direct patient care duties and assist in procedures consistent with established policies while ensuring patient safety. Participate in ongoing educational activities and complete assigned goals. Maintain clear communication skills in written, oral, and verbal formats to achieve high productivity, record information accurately, and demonstrate computer literacy. Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
