Patient Care Assistant - Acute Care (FT, Days)

Assist with collection and documentation of patient/family data, obtain and document vital signs without continuous monitors, and notify professionals of abnormal findings. Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse, while identifying patient responses to care and contributing to the development and modification of the plan of care. Maintain accountability for self-development and team participation, demonstrating flexibility and professional communication skills to prioritize workload based on patient needs. Requires H.S. Diploma or GED plus nursing assistant certification, BSN enrollment with clinical rotation, or one year of direct patient care experience. Full-time, days shift with respiratory fit testing required.
